  • Canada: 7–12 business days (Tracked international shipping)

All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are fully covered by us.

Whether you’re ordering from the United States or Canada, you’ll never be charged additional fees upon delivery.

Return Policy

At GlowingGorilla, we take pride in creating premium custom playmats printed specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Custom-Made Products

Each playmat is custom printed to order according to your specifications, including design choice and zoning preferences. As such, our playmats are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing Defects

If your playmat arrives with a manufacturing defect or quality issue:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Include clear photos of the defect
  • Provide your order number

Our team will review your claim and, if confirmed, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the defective product
  • Full refund of your purchase

Shipping Damage

If your playmat arrives damaged due to shipping:
